  • I log it normally as a brisk walk. I've thought of wearing my heart rate monitor once with my girlfriend to get a good idea of my personal calorie burn during sex, but I'm not sure if she would go for it lol.
  • OMG my list... Ice Cream Nachos Buffalo Wings Fries (especially ones loaded with chili/cheese) I usually allow myself twice/week to have one of these items....
  • First of all, I definitely believe that most people who are obese or overweight have the power to change that. Thought they might not know how, or have been listening to the wrong advice; our own USDA is a horrible place to find information on a healthy diet even though they regulate everything we eat. I also accept the…
  • Typically, I run 4-8 miles at a time... I've never carried water with me. If I do a race, I'll drink at the water stations, but when I run on my own, I never carry anything. Even on 10+ mile runs, I've never carried water... I run till the tank is empty and then go home lol.

That's what actually made me do the research into reducing processed carbs in the…

When I lost most of my weight through tracking calories, I noticed that I lost a lot more weight than the calorie formula said and after some research into my food diary for the last 130 days, I noticed that in…
  • 20 lbs before the end of the year is possible. Make sure you track everything you eat. If you feel the urge to 'cheat' and not record something that you ate because it will make your numbers look bad, keep in mind that whether you record it or not, you DID eat it and it will have its effect. If you're going to blow your…

  • Like all things diet and health related, this is a personal choice. The choice has no effect on your results. The numbers in MFP aren't connected to your body - all you're doing is trying to have a measuring stick of where you are every day (and honestly, it's not even that accurate lets face the fact on how much…
  • Ok finally got the picture to come out right :-P
