5 Months, about 25 lbs... exercise was a mix running 1-2 times per week, doing the Insanity workout 1-2 times a week (not the 6 days/week like the program states), and hitting my bowflex 1-2 times a week.... oh and eating right... I limit myself to about 150 grams of carbohydrates/day and most of that comes from fresh fruit. This formula seems to be working for me. Since the last 18 months, I've lost a total of 32 lbs and went from 17% body fat to 9% body fat, also lost 8 inches off my waist.

Great job!! Can't see your pics though. You have to change upper case IMG to lower case img on both of them and then it should work0
