  • Weigh in day today, normally I weigh in on a Sunday but because I started Cleaner Eating thought I'd give it a week and see how I feel and get the results for the exact week. So for my first goal I am shooting for 5kg's and this weeks weigh in I am down 1.4kg so that means 3.6kg to go. Good luck everyone :happy:
  • Thanks for the invite :-) Tomorrow is weigh in day so we shall see how it goes.. I would like to lose between 5 and 10 kilos before Christmas.   • Count me in please, I think this will definitely help me with my motivation, which isn't the greatest, lol. I would like to lose 5kgs by Christmas so that'd be great.
  • I always eat my Tuna with diced onion and vinegar mixed in. Just a touch of vinegar, don't overload it, lol.

  • Hi there.. I was also looking into getting one of these but I do want it for the intense work outs.. so why do they not work for them.. that to me is the whole point in getting one.. Any advice about a good Heart Rate Monitor would be greatly appreciated.. :bigsmile:
