I too find it harder to maintain. I still log everything and tryto stay within my calorie goal for the most part. I don't work out as much as I did however.

I'm 50 5"5 and weigh 118 now. I lost 35+ pds eating around 1200-1400 cal per day. I do work out and durning most of my weight lost I burned around 300 calories a day. I did the same thing! Before I even reached my first goal I cjhanged it and now that AI reached the second goal I've changed it AGAIN! But it is coming off slowly.

Dove dark chocolate is only 42 calories per piece. I eat 1 or 2 and it satifies me.

Keep working with it, It def gets easier. I've found this site really helped me stay on track. Didn't realize before I was either not eating enough or eating too much of the wrong things. This site has really got me on track and helped me lose weight. good Luck!

Go under Home Then Goals. You can change them or just look to see what you entered. Your BMR will tell you how much you burn without doing anything. Congrats! It's not easy!! I started trying to lose weight last April. I joined MFP in august and have lost 31 pounds. I'm at my goal weight but 'm contemplating losing alittle more.
