  • Keep your feet warm,and warm baths I don't know know how the feet works in to it my grandmother suggested it earlier this year when mine were really bad.but it definitly works! and warm baths are nice too, whether you have cramps or not. :smile: Hope This helps!

Stevia is a natural sweetner, but they process it alot, so its about as bad and if you notice it has the same after taste as alot of other artifical sweetners.   • I'm not completely sure if I am Celiac either, but I am following a gluten free diet, as well as have many other allergies(banana peppers, Artifical sweetners,raw broccoli, and lots of other stuff) I have recipes for power bars that are very helpful, and have found great meals on the go.
