I don't think my gym has this issue as much as others (it's a bit more expensive...) plus I always work out late at night so the 'after work' crowd has already left. Although every once and a while I catch them. The issue for me is that I am a bigger girl (to put is lightly) but fairly fit and able to work hard. But most…

In gym class today my teacher was impressed on how my heart rate stays low even though I bike faster that some of the other students. xD It feels good to be sort of conditioned to cardio work-outs again.

Assuming you are the age your profile says you are then you're working out at 85 percent of your max. If you're in good health that should be fine, though depending on your goals you should stay in the right zone. Here is a chart, because I am not good at explaining things, but charts are:…

That rainbow hair. I can't even dip dye mine one color properly. I love it.

Her smile, seriously, perfect teeth too. :D

I had a high weight of 245 and am currently around 233ish, so not much of a loss, but I've just began again. I'm 5'6. Anyone can feel free to add me. :D Good luck on all your journeys.

I keep mine private. It keeps me honest with myself and I find that I can be my biggest critic. When others call out my mistakes (and believe me, I make many) I am much more likely to binge. I am aware of my own mistakes, even when I am under my calories my meals are not necessarily healthy. Pressure from my friends on MFP…

1. What's your height/ weight? I am 5'6 and 235 pounds. (I have a lot to lose.) 2. Do you get REALLY REALLY hungry during the day? If not, was there an adjustment period? Some days are worse than others but I tend to snack a lot throughout the day. Usually I'm eating something every 4 hours. I tend to binge on some days…

I do it all the time, keeps it crisper. I put it in the toaster oven to crisp and bake and if the middle seems cold I toss it in the microwave for like 30 seconds. Just ditch the crisping sleeve for the toaster oven bit.

I AM a nerd in high school. I don't have people directly bully me, though I'm sure behind my back they talk tons about my weight. I don't think on it too much. I am who I am, and they really have nothing to do with how I see myself. :)

Yes indeed. Check me out, and follow if you like. Though you didn't put your link up. :/ http://awayitgoes.tumblr.com/

In my diary I have it as any meal taking place between 6am and 11am. Before 6 it's a snack (I stay up really late and don't pay mind to all that advice about not snacking before bed.)

Yep, 18. Feel free to add me. :)

I've felt this way before, I binge eat and I close it on days when I binge. However, if you feel like someone is repeatedly putting you down and not being CONSTRUCTIVE then you should delete them. However, I think you should reopen it because you probably have more friends who will support your honest logging than friends…

Feel free to add me. I'm a high school senior, a bit younger than ya, but in that range and an ally. :D Best of luck on the journey.

Oh no, in my immediate family it's the opposite. My dad's an exercise nut that was always picking on me when I was younger to work on my weight but it didn't make me want to work. Just made me feel crappy. Mom has weight problems too and she has always been supportive, not always perfect but she's good about accommodating…

I'm 17, 5"7 and am about 240. I'm entering my senior year and would really like to feel happy and healthy so I can enjoy this time. And even better, so when I leave for college I can leave confident. Feel free to add me.

I've done both too. I just found that the women at the female only gym weren't very friendly. I'd get a lot of nasty stares despite the fact that they were all about as out of shape as I was. Now that I'm in a much larger, (and better) co-ed gym people really don't pay any attention to anyone else. Plus there's a bit more…

When I hear that Daughtry guy on the radio I just want to cry 'cuz it's so bad. Also, I could never get into Pink Floyd, Maroon 5, or U2 (much to my mother's dismay...). And the Black Eyed Peas need to go...like...far, far away.

Thanks! :D

I'm a Straight Ally, feel free to add me. :) Glad to see that you guys are out an about. :D

I don't know if this thread helps but: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/628773-new-option-needed-for-breastfeeding-moms In any case, I'm Jasey. Feel free to add me. :)

I'm assuming you mean in forums, it bumps that thread to the top of active topics if it's been ignored for a while. Nice to meet ya, hope you find everything useful. :)

Hey, I have these same problems. So I'll tell you what I'd do. For fruits and veggies, you just sort of have to sift through what's there. I found that I like clementines (only 35 cal and so sweet) and carrots. As for snacking when bored, which is my biggest problem, I decided that I must eat everything at the kitchen…

Don't give in yet! It would be a shame to give all your work up for a food you know isn't good for you. It's so hard to avoid trigger foods sometimes for me. But, it'll be worth it in the end. Can you find an alternative? Or just get one?

Sounds pretty tasty. I'm going to have to try this one of these days. :) Thanks for sharing.

Of course, everyone here is very kind. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'd love some encouragement too. Welcome. :)
