Returning to this lifestyle and needing some support

I've been trying to get back into fitness lately but have trouble sticking with it. So I'm looking for some people to encourage me to stay on the right path. So I'd appreciate some friends.

I'm 18, and live outside Chicago. I'm in my senior year of high school and I'm sick of my weight following me around. I'm about 5'6 and am at my high weight of around 240ish. My lowest weight within the year has been 220. I'd like to get back down there at least.

    The mirror is the best motivation. Second is to sit down and watch the flab roll over your pants, grab that flab, shake your head, and tell yourself, " this *kitten*'s got to go".
