  • Hi everyone. Unfortunately we were not able to hear the heartbeat at our appointment last week. Devastating however we didn't have to share the bad news with my kids (we hadn't told them yet) so that was a blessing.   • I agree that soup is a good one! Prepare on Sunday and eat off all week if it lasts that long. I do a lot of food prep on Sundays if I can. Taco meat, spaghetti sauce, etc. Then it's easy during the week to finish.

  • I have had this happen on and off too. Most of the time I will have pain starting off on walks and the walking will help it go away. At other times, walking would seem to provoke the pain and then I just took things extra slow. The pain was never intense though, just more sore.
