Main thing it pay attention to your body. Most people do not recommend eating less than 1200 calories. So once you hit that your usually good. As for the extra calories you burned this is where you should listen to your body. Your body may need you to eat the extra calories but you may not need to use them all..

I think your on the right track. It just may take time for your body to re-adjust. One of the instructors at my gym says that it is even normal if you gain when working out. Your body take about 6 weeks to change your metabolism. Or maybe a decrease the calories intake. Are you sore after your workouts?

Strength training there is one for in the workout section. I do zumba too and log that as general aerobics. I do a cardio sculpt which mixing it up so I use circuit training for that. **Heart monitor thanks for that advice, you use it for strength training too?

We got hit with a lot of snow so I'll probably do 2 dvd workout. Watch some shows on my DVR and/or a movie. Maybe in the night of the night , go for a walk make snow angels at random houses.

I've tried it and it is not my cup of tea. I felt like it was to rushed for me. You have to filter out the hook ups, even if they say they weren't there for that. Honestly I'm a chicken sh** and I don't know what possessed me to do it but I can say I did and it was not for me.
