Salem's Lot but I was very young and I only saw the scene where the kid vampire knocks on his brother's window then bites the brother when he lets him in. I am now a huge Stephen King fan and a horror fan in general.

The only thing that would bother me is the money spent, especially if it was on mortgage week.

I love outside but can't deal with the Georgia heat during the summer and don't want to run in the dark during winter, so I only get to run outside during spring and (hopefully) fall.

Another vote for Zombies c25k. I finished it and loved every session. It plays your music but has a storyline too so I looked forward to learning more of the story with each run.

I just did the Zombies Run c25k and that app recommends running every other day. I would run on Mon, Wed & Sat and do Strong Lifts on Tue, Thur and Sun.

Another vote for the Zombies, Run app. I just finished the 5k version and really enjoyed it. You can still listen to your music but they lower the volume during the talk sessions where they give you a storyline to run by.

I don't hold my breath while lifting, therefore, no pause between reps normally. If I'm struggling with a set I might take an extra breath before the next lift. On Squats, for example, why not inhale as you go down and exhale and you go up? I thought that the actually the way it was supposed to be.

I've done 2 races so far, prior to completing z25k and did both in 43 minutes. I doubt I'll improve my time much on my next race, which is in July, due to the temperatures. I'm in Georgia so July is pretty warm, even at 8am.

Congrats! That's a wonderful accomplishment! :bigsmile: I just did wo 1 of wk 8 last night but it went pretty badly. I guess part of that may have been due to the heat; I live in GA so it get quite hot. I think I may restart the 5k; although most of that will be on a treadmill.

I love "normal" yogurt, hate Greek yogurt. It's the texture for me too, it's chalky to me. I tried 2 brands and couldn't even get to the third bite of the 2nd one, which was Oikos.

Deadlifts, I just feel like such a badass when I do those because it's my heaviest lift.

Zombies, Run 5k & Strong Lifts Sometimes I use Endomondo but only if I'm doing a lunchtime walk at work where I can't really run and get all sweaty.

I too go to the gym late at night. I'm doing Strong Lifts now. There are plenty of videos on that site and youtube to show you how to do everything. My triceps and calves are looking damn good and I actually have a decently shaped butt now. I've also done some plans from BodyBuilding that I had good results from as well.

My area isn't until September. Maybe I can be a decent runner by then. :laugh: I'd love to do it but the cost is scarier than a zombie! Maybe I can get it as a birthday gift.

I'm also watching Revolution and Bates Motel. I also have yet to check out the webisodes so I'll be doing that this summer. And I do the Zombies, Run c25k, which is really fun.

I'm doing the Zombies, Run 5k and love it! I've tried another previously and couldn't get past week 3. This one starts off slower and was a much better pace for me. Today I'll be doing week 6, workout 3. It is so fun and I have begun to really enjoy running.

You should do that May 5k for sure. I am on week 6 now and did one using the app on Apr 6th. I even finished the 5k 15 minutes before the session finished.

I'm doing that, currently on week 5. It is sooo fun and I've gotten farther in it than I have with another c25k app I had. I highly recommend it!

I do just what you do, run when I get home at 6:00pm, then come home and cook. Although, I do take a few minutes to cool off before getting into the kitchen. Am I very new to cooking, just cooked for the 1st time in Jan '12, so I keep meals very simple but I also don't care that it is often around 8:00 when I have dinner.

Zombies, Run! I'm using the 5k version now but will definitely get the main app when I finish the 5k.

Yea, I was thinking treadmill for the summer but it's so boring. I really enjoy running through the neighborhood and seeing the squirrels play. You guys that run at noon in August are amazing!
