Belly Dancing! It is a great core strengthing workout and you build nice muscle tone in your back, shoulds, arms and also legs!

Lots of people say you are suppose to eat your calories back after excerising. However, I find that hard to do since I usually work out at night after dinner. so far I have not had any issues but everyone is different. You decide what is best for you. Try an English cucumber or sometimes they are called seedless cucumbers. This type of cucumber is longer and skinnier but the best part is that the skins are edible and not bitter!

I didnt gain any weight while I was pregnant with my son! He was a huge baby (8 lbs 10 oz) for my 4'11" frame! I'd always said he was my little parasite sucking the life out of me! LOL! However, I did gain weight after he was born because I was exchasted and wasnt taking care of myself.

I had steamed carrots with baked swai fish top with seasoning and panko bread crumbs. It was okay. Not really liking the swai fish. I will be going back to tilipa!

I just went out to eat on Saturday and I knew that I would need to work out later that day to gain some extra calories back to compensate for the meal I ate. I just weighted myself this morning and I was down 2 pounds. I was actually suprise!

I usally don't eat my excerise calories back simple because I work out at night and I dont think it is good for your digestion to eat more food before going to bed. I would love to join! How do you join this group? I love walk away the pounds because the work out is done standing up. I have a neck injury from a car accident and get migraines. It is hard for me to do not situps and other floor exercises.
