  • My thoughts on this are, we are here for support and to give support to others. We are supposed to help keep our friends on track. So yes, when a friend of mine is done for the day I DO in fact look at their diary to make sure they are getting what they need. I do NOT praise anyone for starving themselves but instead try…
  • I add as it's done. That way I don't just put it all in and forget to actually stick to it.
  • I reward myself with little things along the way like dinner out (staying within my intake limits) or new clothing. But my major reward will be when I reach goal weight is to have a new tattoo covering both my shoulders and part of my chest and upper back
  • Roll Tide Well bless your heart...
  • Honey I only do head shots if most of my face is covered by my hair  We'll get those lbs and inches off. May be slow going but slow and steady wins the race. :drinker:
  • I don't wear makeup unless it's a special event and I want to wow the hubby so no doesn't need to be on while I'm sweating and panting and such. Besides I get this "Oh wow I'm gonna die" glow on my face when I'm doing it right. Sexy enough right?
  • On all the time and you deserve a nice comment after working your tail off lol. I'll shoot you an add.
  • It is very true that some do actually learn from their mistakes and move on to faithful happy lives. It is not fair to an entire population or gender to judge them based on a single mistake. What a person should be careful of however is a pattern of mistakes. Errors in judgement happen to us all. If an error is made it can…
  • Mio. It makes water taste sweet and nice. Just be sure to get the flavors that are 0 nutritional value so that you don't turn a water into a soda. Here are some that I have found to be tasty and 0 nutritional value in both Brand Name and Wal Mart Brand. Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade Fruit Punch Grape As long as they don't…
  • I quit over 10 years ago using patches. Two weeks on patches the rest just pure will power and support from hubby. Now I chew on everything however.
  • I am 6'0 tall. My husband of 12 years is 5'9". He likes to stand on steps or curbs to be taller than me sometimes but that is because he's a goof. Calls me his amazon woman, and I'm happy with that. Lust is often defined by how someone looks or how beautiful you feel next to them. Love on the other hand is defined by a…

  • I walk. That's where I started. One foot in front of the other one by one and before you know it you are exercising. You don't have to deny yourself anything. If you love chocolate cake you can eat your chocolate cake. Make it fit in to YOUR plan. If you want something bad enough work for it. Get those calories back by…
  • I am on MFP more than my FB now. I have family and friends on FB that I can't see in RL but they are not super supportive of my goals and lifestyle changes. I am on here several times a day logging food and exercise as well as reading forums and blogs. I even started writing my own when something pops in to my head.
  • I'm on my way to losing my rolls as well. We can kiss them goodbye together if you like just add me!
  • You look strong and confident. Nice progress from the start as well. And I  that shirt! So me in so many ways!
  • Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt. Comes in little 100 calorie bowls and is flipping out of this world yummy. I keep it stocked in my fridge and hubby grabs some for snacks too. He loves it and has stopped bringing home "normal" ice cream.
  • I walk. Sometimes slow, sometimes faster but I walk. I am going to try swimming tomorrow to replace one of my slow walks. Usually when I go swimming i kind of just float but tomorrow going to do a few laps in the lake to see how well it does for me then it will be back to my normal walks with my furbabies.
  • Welcome back! You are not alone. Losing weight is a lifestyle change not just something that can happen over night and I am still learning that at 32(almost). Started out at 390lbs. Need to get down to 185 or so. 196lbs to go. It's coming off slow but steady and that is thanks to my holding myself accountable with my food…
  • I weigh in every Thursday and Saturday and I record the results loss or not.
  • I'm almost 32 with 196 lbs left to lose. We will all get there as long as we do what works for us. Feel free to add me those cravings can be killer and it's always better to climb the hill with a supportive voice.
  • raw onions, liver of any kind, alligator, olives. Cooked onions are fine as long as they are complete mush with no crunch left so there is no "burst" of raw onion "flavor. Grits are ground corn by the way and really yummy with cheese or an egg sunny side up.
