  • rememeber its up to your body to tell you what you can handle.....some people have to rest several days a week some dont...you also might be able to handle everyday for a while and have to go to a few rest days later on...just listen to your body
  • i workout 6 days a week but i enjoy it. if you want or need a rest day take it and dont feel bad at all. i run 3-5 days a week taebo or circuit training 3-6 days usually 6 and some sort of laborous yard work 6 days a week

  • I should add that my structured workouts are generally hour- hour half a day and then I also do some sort of labor in my yard usually and so it can be even more than 2 hours but I do the labourous stuff daily except sundays so I guess technically that is just part of my daily activity level

  • My weight is 211 now and i wear 12 and 14 in most dress pants and when i was 185-190 i wore 8 and some dress pants a 10 everyones bodies are so diff i do love that body gallery site someone posted i found it last year.

Would I recommend someone doing it for a month or two months no. juicing is great when added into a diet and fasting especially with juicing because it has a ton.
