I totally did cry! But since tabs are pretty cheap (I insisted on an old, obsolete model as close to my previous tab as possible, since I loved that one so much and it was so old that it's been discontinued), I was able to get a new one the next day. So that was awesome. ;)

Aww, thank you so much!! That's so kind of you. :)

Those are awesome traits! I'm the same way with empathy--I can't even stand to see someone get disappointed or let down without feeling so bad for them. :( Thanks for your kind words, by the way! :) I'm so stoked that everyone thinks my baby is as gorgeous as I think she is. ;) I was telling my sister today (the sister who…

Then you'll love this one: A few weeks ago, I was sitting on my exercise bike and I had my 7-inch tablet balanced on top of a little pocket (made for holding an iPod, so my tab wouldn't fit inside it) so I could watch Phineas and Ferb while exercising (I'm very mature, I know). I was putting on my earphones and…

ME TOO. I always get a window seat, and last time there was a storm and we were flying above it. The weird bumpy clouds under the plane were SO amazing, and the sun was rising from under them and it turned into a sea of pink... I took some (awful) pictures with my husband's phone at the time, I'll see if I can find and…

Thank you so much! :)

Let's just say that I wouldn't wish my childhood on anyone, although many here have probably had worse. :) My husband is the best thing that ever happened to me, and he does try to help me, but you can't help someone who won't help themselves, I guess. The self-esteem issue is extremely common in anxiety sufferers--in…

Well, he knows that I have a lot of self-esteem issues. :) He's done a lot of comforting while I sob and ask why he could love someone so ugly and useless as I am. He said it was sad. :)

I'm overwhelmed with the response, seriously! Thank you (and everyone else!) so much for all the kind responses. :)

I've read that some latex allergies are so severe that anything with a compound that's *similar* to latex will cause reaction, and some fruits and veggies have that compound. I don't know much about it, though. :)

I'd be happy to, but I warn you that it's seriously not worth it. Counting up the calories, it's around 500+, and doesn't taste anywhere near as good as regular peanut butter cookie dough because the ingredient "scale" is off in an effort to keep the microwaved version as good as the regular (which it isn't. At ALL.). :/…

Aww, everyone here is so kind to me! :) Thank you so much!

I've tried that. I just don't have the self control--When I have cookie dough in my freezer, it gets pulled out and baked or eaten raw. *blush*
-
I confess that I've totally done that too... With the Speculoos/Biscoff cookie butter!
-
Confession: Recently, as an attempt at portion control, I tried to make one of those "Microwave Peanut Butter Cookie in a Mug" recipes that I saw on YouTube instead of making a whole tray of cookies and risking eating them all. It was awful and sad and doesn't deserve the name "cookie". *sniffle* SO, today, I wanted peanut…

Thank you both! :) After I published the two positive attributes I realized that I probably could have gotten away with writing "smart" after the "extra" confession.... ;)
-
Aww, thank you! :) Although I didn't get a proper "formal" education, I am quite well-read, so that helped me out a lot. :)
-
Aww, thank you! :) Ooh, I don't think I've been an inspiration before! :-O I do really go out of my way to make excuses for them. A really funny example is one that happened when I was about fifteen. My mother had just hired a new part-time housekeeper, and on the morning that she was supposed to show up, she didn't. My…

Ooh, that's a challenge! Umm, let me think... Positive attributes... My first would probably be that I automatically think the best of people. If someone didn't show up for a meeting or did something inconsiderate, I always think of what might have been going on in their circumstances first and make excuses for them to…

Today, my husband and I were sitting together on our respective laptops, when he suddenly looked up and demanded... "Define yourself!" ...I confess that the first two words that popped into my head and spilled out of my mouth were "Ugly. Fat." I also confess that this makes me sad. :'(

When I'm weighing a pile of veggies I make up a song about their weight in my head, then chant it continuously to myself until I can log it... ;)

I want to know this, too! O.O

I don't like people who judge other people's circumstances, and I like to help out when I can, so I just had to respond to your post and give you some encouragement. :) Yup, spring onions are also called green onions or scallions. They're amazing in salad! If you like yogurt, a tablespoon of plain yogurt added with a…

A tablespoon (the kind that you eat with) is actually smaller than the standard measuring spoon, from what I can tell. I suggested it to keep on the safe side of the measurement. :) I've heard they're around $15 at Wal-Mart. Obviously there are some really expensive ones, but you really don't need a fancy one, just a plain…

I don't live in the U.S., but from what I've heard, scales cost around $15. Don't let someone make you feel guilty for something you can't afford. :) Save up for it in bits and pieces if you can--I can vouch for the fact that they're PRICELESS when it comes to learning portion control! Sadly, I don't use dressing at all (I…

Since everyone else is sharing more animal images, I got jealous and decided to show you all some more of our family cats. (You don't even want to know how many we have. Hint: It's in the double digits.) I don't live at home anymore, but I have lots of pictures! This is Snowbelle. She got so fat that I started calling her…

Sadly I don't eat ranch and so don't have any to measure for you, otherwise I'd gladly do it... But I'd recommend asking for the size of the plate. It could be an enormous dinner plate and the ranch with look like a miniscule amount, or it could be a tiny dessert plate and the ranch could look like a huge amount. :)

In the cupboards... Otherwise it isn't creamy or spreadable and the bread breaks... I hate it when my bread breaks. :'(

Pretty much the whole Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard line has less than one carb per serving. :) It's a whey protein isolate.

There's nothing wrong with your face OR hair, you look absolutely amazing! :) Seriously, you're beautiful!
