I was referring to the American.....I know in Britain "Crisps" are your version of our "chips" and YOUR "chips" are our version of "French fries"............I was simply trying to clear it up. That's all.

Better than cracking open a big bag of lays chips though no? I knows bought those cracker chips last night and it made me feel like I was having chips......man if I had to cut out EVERYTHING I'm pretty sure I'd die. Lol

Chips....crisps are chips. Yes, it's fine to have them if u save room for them! I bought a bag this past wknd and enjoyed every single one of them!.........a small bag that is! :happy:

Same here....I was staring at the pringles in the cupboard all day then decided to check out the label....I could have 15 pringles for 150 cals! I had them, slowly, one by one then drank a bottle of water! It cured the craving and the water filled me up ! You can still have those things just read the label and log…
