Just google it, because it's there. I found it the other day when we went there. The naked tenders are pretty low in calories, plus you can get a dip to dip them in that isn't that awful in calories either.

Yes, Lasagna freezes well. Just put it all together (you don't even have to cook the noodles first, just make sure there is plenty of sauce covering each noodle, and they will cook as you bake it) and cover and freeze. The disposable tins work well for this. Then they can just cook it up and refridgerate the leftovers for…

Ok, now I didn't read through all 5 pages of this, just two. So I don't know if anyone pointed this out or not... Some of you are saying that cavemen were so healthier than us because of what they ate.. Well cavemen also didn't have to deal with all the pollution we deal with. They didn't have mercury in their mouths…

Do you have a scratch & dent type of grocery store near you? We have one that stocks a LOT of healthier types of foods. And it's CHEAP. If you can find a store like that, you could buy different types of foods to try and it would give you some experimental elbow room money-wise. Good luck.

Yes, that's what it stands for Bring Up My Post. I do this when I want to keep tabs on a particular thread. Then i just have to go to My Topics, and it's there for me to see.

You could look at their vegetarian menu. I've ordered the vegetarian fajitas, and then only ate one or two of the tortillas that came with it.

lol this makes me laugh. I worked as a dental assistant and trying to figure out how in the world to call the kids back into the room and actually say their names right was so frustrating! lol so I agree with you :) My kids are Stephen Tait (7), Naomi Catherine (6), Elizabeth Hope (6), Jonathan Jack (5), & Rachel Kay (4)

Thanks for all the suggestions!! You guys are the greatest!!

Yes, I agree with the previous posters about checking out the nutritional menu online. And remember, you can always ask for a to-go box right at the beginning and put half your meal away out of sight to eat another time.

My husband has very flat feet also. He went to a foot doctor and they made him a pair of orthodics to fit into any shoe. He can use them in pretty much any shoe he buys.

Brown Rice is really cheap and healthy for you. You could buy a bag of frozen veggies (cheap) and make a stir fry and top the rice with it. Oh, and do you have a scratch and dent type of grocery store you can go to? We have one here, and literally save TONS of money each visit!

Yes, I just also read about the Neck Rule. Like a previous poster said, If you're sick above the neck (stuffed up head, sore throat, headache, etc.), then it's fine to exercise, it could actually lesson your symptoms. But if it's severe pain or dizziness then just rest. If your symptoms are below the neck (stomach pains,…

Check Dairy Queen's online nutritional menu.

Subway is an awesome choice. Applebee's has a new 500 cal or less (including sides) menu. Look online at chain restaurant's nutritional menu's (almost all have them), and then you can make decisions before hand and won't side-track your progress.

Yeah, you're not over-reacting at all! I'd say he's probably taking the wimps way out of ending your relationship. Instead of just telling you he wants it over, he's trying to irritate you enough to break it off with him. Just my opinion.. but that's what it looks like to an outsider.

Thanks Ladies! I'll check out that C25K. How about what to wear while jogging/running in the wintertime? I really am clueless...

Just check their nutritional menu online and you will be able to make an informed decision.

I asked that same question a few weeks ago, and the responses I received were that it was because they were morbidly obese to begin with and the starvation mode doesn't apply to morbidly obese people... so I don't know..?
-
You might have hit a slow time because of the low number of responses you have. Everytime someone posts on this thread now it will bring it back to the top of the recent posts list for people to see.

If you only boil the white pasta to al dente, then it's lower on the glycemic level and not that bad for you.

Conquer your boredom. Get a hobby or do something that you enjoy. If you like reading, make sure you have plenty of good books or magazines always sitting around. If you like mental puzzles, stock up on puzzle books. If you like writing, get a stationery set and write letters to friends that you haven't seen in a long…

There is very little risk of getting diabetes from having your gallbladder removed. That article that a previous poster posted said there is a 2% chance of having any negative effects, and there were a few different effects listed. I had mine removed 5 years ago and had no problems. It's an out-patient surgery and the…

Have you tried Quinoa (sp?) yet? Pronounced Keen-wa. It's the perfect nutritious food I've been told. You can use it in place of rice in any dish.

I swear by my local scratch & dent store! Granted, they don't have fresh fruits and veggies, but they do sell tons of other healthy food for CHEAP. Lot's of organic foods & low calorie foods. Do you have that kind of store near where you live?

Grilled Salmon is so yummy!

Maybe you should eat a cereal that has more fiber in it in the morning. Also, make sure your cereal bar has a good amount of fiber in it too. That would make you feel fuller, longer.

I have bad knees. I must have weird joints.. but the elliptical makes my knees hurt, where the treadmill doesn't.
