I understand how you feel, this is my second go around with insanity, and I cannot stress enough how much good insanity does for your body. You will feel stronger, and the endurance that it gives you is just crazy. I would recomend for everyone to just try and get through month one and see how different you feel. I promise…

I took before and after pictures, and now I am using my after picture from round 1 as my before picture for round 2. They have one tshirt, is is uni sex and they say if you are a woman order a size smaller than you normally would. The ones that are cropped, they did themselves.

I do mine early at 5 am, I just finished my first round on Saturday and started again this morning. The first week was the hardest to get up at five and stick with it....but if you just press play, there is no way that you will just sit there and watch it. Every morning at 4:45, my only tip is just get up and make it a routine, I absolutely hated it at first but now my internal clock goes off and I cannot stay in bed....good luck!

with lifting you are definitely building muscle, if I can make a suggestion measure yourself, I haven't had any luck on the scale but I have lost a lot of inches!
