Is anyone doing the insanity challenge? How is it working for you, I just started.

    I am nearing the end of the Insanity workouts. It's been a great experiance and I have seen myself get better each week. You have to make an effort to press play each morning, but remember, it's not that much time. Take breaks where you need it and you will find the warm up getting easier and easier, and you will be able to do the intervals longer. Good luck!

    Thanks! I am very focused to finish....what are you going to move onto now? I was worried that after such an intense 60 days after that the weight would come back on.
