Thanks for the info.

I am new to Keto as well. Can you tell me more about the flu?

Way to go Nikki! How do you feel? I'm going to try her Power Yoga next.

I've just been walking and doing yoga since I finished the shred, with the occassional shred workout thrown in the mix. I've been contemplating the couch potato to 5k. I don't think I'll enter a marathon, but I'd like to try the program. I have a colleague who did it with great results and she's now an avid runner. Running…

I can relate to the anxiety of level 3. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. It's hard, but doable. Congrats on reaching your goal ahead of time!

That third circuit of cardio in Level three is BRUTAL!

Way to go NIkki! I like the term ONEderland! I am all for being called Death by Jillian! I did Turbo Jam this morning, which felt lame compared to the shred, to be honest. I definitely like Jillian's style, even if I yell at her through the t.v. I'll be doing level 1 on Tuesdays, level 2 on Thursdays and level 3 on…

I like the death by Jillian comment, too! I finished the Shred on April 30th and had taken a break. Something was missing from my life! I decided that I'll do each of the levels once a week and incorporate it with some other workout stuff (Turbo Jam and some yoga, as well as walking and softball). I was so deluding myself…

I think the key is to not mope. Can't go back and undo it. Did you at least enjoy it? Or were you eating it as a coping mechanism? If so, what were you trying to deal with. Try not to think too much and act. I'm sure your kids would love to spend time with you and going outside always cheers me up. Soak up the sights and…

Go to the TOOLS tab and then click on tickers. That ought to do it. Good luck!
-
Welcome! I have just completed the shred for the first time and I LOVE it, too. I am trying to recall how the tickers work. I'll check it out and post again!
-
Good for you!!! That is awesome! Keep up the good work!
-
Planks are brutallll!!!! But wait till level three. You'll really notice the benefits of them. Plus, after doing ten days of planks, you feel like a buff chick!!!!
-
I just want to say that I love the quote you have as your signature, about the obligation to take care of yourself. I hope you don't mind if I jot it down! :flowerforyou:

Not a dumb question. She does three six minute circuits, so 18 minutes plus a warm up and cool down. I always logged it as 20 minutes of circuit training general.
-
I didn't lose alot of weight - about three pounds. But I lost five inches on my hips, waist and bust overall. To be honest, I was expecting more, but that's pretty fast if you think about it. 30 days... not really a long time in the whole span of things. And I wasn't following the 30 Day Shred meal plan. That may have…

Hi All, I just want to let you know that it IS possible! I just completed Day 30. I had started this challenge last year, and gave up after Day 7. It helped me to really want to complete it this time. And now I am thinking, what now? I'm kind of in a state of disbelief! Hang in there everyone! You can do it!
-
Day 27, three more to go. Holy **** it IS possible!! I know what you mean by hating doing it. I don't hate doing it, but I do hate starting ot each day. I argue with myself until I say, "You can't quit NOW!!" and then I just suck it up and do it. I will post my progress from the 30 days when I'm finished. I don't know what…

The planks are killer!! Very effective though!

Hi all! I joined OA in January and it has been life altering for me. I'd love to have and offer support on this site! Thanks for posting!

I planned on doing ten days at each level. I started the level doing mostly the adapted moves and gradually building up to doing the more advanced moves. I'm currently on Day 25 (just finished the workout) and in level three, mostly adapted moves. I'm anxious to do it again in a few months and see how I do.

I enter the 30DS as 20 minutes of Circuit Training, General. Love this workout - kicks my *kitten* every day! I am on Day 25, and I'm really looking forward to completing the whole 30 days for the first time. I tried it last year, but I was 30 lbs heavier than I am now and I found an excuse to quit. I thinknit's important…

I record it as 20 minutes of circuit training, general.
-
I record it as circuit training general as well. I believe it bases it on your weight. The heavier you are, the more calories you burn because your body is working harder. That's my understanding. Day 5 complete! Have a great weekend everyone!
-
Hey guys, is it too late to join this group?? I started the 30 Day Shred on the 30th, and was excited to find you on the forums. I'm heading into Day 5 and am excited. It's been a LONG time since I've committed to something physical like this. The biggest "ahah" moment for me has been that even though I'm sore, my body…

Sounds like a great plan! Have a good weekend everybody!

I can relate with the computer issues! Hope all is now resolved. I would benefit from any challenge - water, calorie or exercise related. I'm having motivation issues this past week or so, so any words of wisdom or inspiration are more than welcome! Thanks!

Hi Going to! Welcome back. I'm recently back on track as well. Hope your wedding was a great day for you. I haven't really heard from anyone else. Did you want to come up with a weekly challenge together?
