Well, I know this feeling very well, one time it actually came into that ridiculous thing (that happens from time to time again) that i actually dreamed of endless running and i loved it so much I became obsessed with that thought :). Anyway, its pretty possible its just a way of your body telling you its full of energy…

Well when I add two medium cooked potatoes it's almost 300 cals.. which I'd say is a lot and 2 medium potatoes are not so much food in my opinion. I think I'll have to stick with steamed veggies with my fish :)

I loooove eggs! :love: I love them hard boiled, soft boiled!! (love the runny yolk :embarassed: ), fried or in an omelette or scrambled... Eggs are my all time fav food! :happy:

Thanks guys, I know that I am overweight but my body image changes too fast and too often for me to feel "safe" if you know what I mean. I am working on losing weight but I want to see myself from one point of view (preferably the way I truly am, not extremely fat, nor thin..) thank you :heart:

Ok, I am currently junst under 167, but still 167. That means I lost 2 pounds, but during this challenge I managed to kick my plateau's butt and get ill :laugh: so I am truly happy with this :) good luck everybody :flowerforyou:

Well I read somewhere that it really doesn't matter what you eat (calorie wise ofc) that it IS just math.. so if you eat 1200cals on one junk meal or on loads of fruits, cal wise it's no difference..

I know what you're talking about.. my boyfriend is going to check in for whether or not his cancer has returned and I am so nervous I feed it all the time. But yes, the best thing you can do is engage yourself in some kind of work where you need your head (I started studying obsessively). Hope I helped :flowerforyou:
