sorry , I dont count calories , i just eat relatively clean >.< I havent even been on this site in months , I just came on for this one question . I should start back up on this site though because I do have new goals to achieve and it did keep me organized once upon a time

I had 3 oz . I didn't really include the amount because when I originally started this post , it wasnt the chicken I was worried about or the serving sizes of anything, it was about what I ate , not the amount of it I was questioning .

Yea , I'm not a vegan , but I do prefer vegetarian and vegan meals , hence why two out of my three meals were vegan :)

I don't feel like too much meat is healthy . I have once a day at most but I like to keep my meals vegetarian .

Vegans aren't able to eat dairy . YES , quinoa is one of my fav sources of protein . and haha sorry about the tilting head thing

I don't know , I've never measured it like that . But there's some type of protein in each of my 3 main meals . I felt like I had too much protein today .

I think I have enough protein through the oatmeal, almond butter, black beans and chicken . I don't like eating too much meat . Have a snack :) Seaweed ! Its an acquired taste , but I love it . Really kicks the chips / salty food cravings without and excessive amount of calories . Popcorn is another good one . (no butter) or munch on some veggies . They can all keep you alert and focused

You're my age & and 260 was my highest weight when I was 18 . It was hard because there was so much bad food around me , especially being on campus at university . I made goals , I came too a strong understanding of what I would need to do to reach those goals, I educated myself about food, and I found a support system .…

I'm in college too . Make time to work out . When I had 9 ams , I'd wake up early to go to the gym to start off my day . When it comes to food , PLAN & PREP ! Its possible .
