HELP theres something not right about what I ate today

Your favorite healthy breakfast to jump start your day? During the week, I love a good fruit salad w/ almonds & coconut water. Something healthy that'll keep me full through my classes! On the weekends, when I'm home and can cook, I like a tuna omelette.

So, I live in a dorm...with a microwave and a mini fridge/freezer, so I'm not working with much. The cafe here doesn't have too many healthy, appealing options.
