Help me eat better in college!

So, I live in a dorm...with a microwave and a mini fridge/freezer, so I'm not working with much. The cafe here doesn't have too many healthy, appealing options. Does anyone have and suggestions on some yummy, healthy foods a college student can live of off? I already eat fruits, greek yogurt, nuts and stuff like that..but any other meal ideas?

Carrots and hummus, apples, peanut butter, prunes, pears, bananas, low fat cottage cheese (low sodium) also when you go to the buffet at school fill up entirely on veggies and some protein. I'm talking big salads (watch what you put on top) and plenty of steamed veggies with lean meats. Stay away from processed carbs and such.0

I eat lots of frozen chicken breast and frozen veggies that I can just pop into the microwave. I also eat alot of pb&j and oatmeal. I drink lots of water and fat free milk.
Also, eggs!0 -
canned tuna, whole grain wraps, canned chicken (breast one), peanut butter, whey protein0

There's a book out of healthy foods you can make with only a microwave. I don't remember the title, but I'm sure if you did a google search you could find it.0
