College and weight help

Okay, college has restarted for me and I've got an issue. Every year is a huge yoyo for me. I tend to eat less than I should because I'm stressed and I find it hard to find time to exercise even when I'm doing seasonal sports so I put on some weight. I'm done with that! I'm clueless about how to balance exercise and my work! Please be helpful

MFP is a great tool to log your intake and exercise. Use it and you will have the power to determine your body's fate.

I started with small increments of working out. I set aside 30 minutes specifically for the rec, and as I felt like I could give it more time (or less, depending on how many tests I have) I would alter it. It helps to track things too. Routine is KEY in college!

I'm also in college and I agree with the above. I work out every single day on top of my 16 credit hours. Just set aside a specific time to workout every day, or most days, and stick to it under all circumstances. If something comes up that you can't get out of, reschedule your workout time to earlier or later, or extra time on a different day.

This sounds good. I think I'm going to try and start up on it today. Thanks... Should I get right into the work if I say do it in the afternoon then homework or homework then workout? Though, I might just do half a workout in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

I'm in college too . Make time to work out . When I had 9 ams , I'd wake up early to go to the gym to start off my day . When it comes to food , PLAN & PREP ! Its possible .
