I eat low carb the first 4 months I lost 70 pounds. The last four months NOTHING. I have tried carb cycling and many different variations however i am convinced short term it is great long term does not agree with me

I add losts of veggies onions and seasoning to my salads i find if there is enough ofa variety you do not need dressing. If its a must i try different salsas or change the seasoning. Lots of pepper helps too And as someone else said i bake or grill everything

I count water as water. And the occassinal crystal light any thing else is not water. However I do drink minimum 100 ounces a day approx 12 cups prior to having any other drinks with the exception of my morning coffee

I only log calories burned when I am intentionally exercising. I have my activity level set to sedentary because I sit at a desk most of my day, but i do not log the 10 minute walk to the bathroom 5 plus times a day or the random exersices (squats calf raises) i may do to get the blood flowing. I started dieting because i needed to have major abdominal surgery.After losing 40 pounds rather quickly it was time for my surgery a coworker said why dont you just have your stomache stapled then you wont have to worry about all the other stuff

I am interested too. I have major issues with not eating enough calories in a day and I just feel like i could not eat another bite most days

I will have to look for those I have done 3 days of the five really big miles. I did all five yesterday and today and thank goodness its easy on the kness but i dont feel like my CORE is getting much. I bought an extra set of bands at walmart they are cheap

Thanks everyone. I just never understood total inches they vary so much. I will just stick with my 10 inches in the waist and 11 in my hips (woo hoo) and forget the mystery "Total"
