I often wonder the same thing...I know weight and intensity have to do with calories burned...I log in a high calorie burn but mine is from 2 hours + at the gym (1000-1400) about 5 days a week. Keep doing what your doing...every once and a while really push yourself if you can...good luck!

I have found that not logging my work as exercise and only cardio has worked best in seeing max weight loss results...maybe try a workout at home...even youtube has some that are 30 or less or walmart has inexpensive ones...untill it gets warm...you can do it!:)

Its awesome and works if you stick with it believe me...Ive done it and not skipped any days and Ive gotten results...the trainer jillian Michaels will kick your butt...there are 3 levels...I do each level for 10 days then move up...it is circuits of 3 minutes strength.2 min.cardio.1 min. abs:)

Waldons Farm is sugar free...calorie free....carb free and glueton free...some are kind of "diety" tasting but tge Italian dressing is yummy!

I have found what works best is to eat healthy and workout...sounds cliche but when you stick to it, it may take longer but in the long run it does work. I finally stuck with it this year and lost 40 pounds. :)
