ok, question for everyone....at work I get a gym membership to a gym onsite literally a two minute walk from where I work. I work in a cafeteria so I am on my feet all day. I get two 20 minute breaks and one 30 minute break. I want to incorporate working out into my day. how would you incorporate it? would you work out during the 30 minute break ( which would turn out to be a 25 minute workout) or break It up into 2 of the breaks or what?? just curious how others would utilize this benefit during the work day.

I too have an opportunity to workout at a free gym at work. It's not as close as yours but still free. I'd workout after work like I plan on doing. There is nothing worse than working out and having to go back to work smelly. I'm going to hit the gym on the way home so I can either shower at the gym or at home. Good luck and get to working out.0

I dont think 20 or 30 minutes is enough time to change, warm up, work out, then get back into your work clothes (not to mention shower!). I agree with everyone else- go before or after work.0
