I have done a bit of P90x, but the only lifting videos where you only needed weights was shoulders and arms, and I don't want to do just one area over and over and end up disproportionate. I will look up Wendler's 5/3/1 :)

I have read New Rules On Lifting For Women before, so I have a basic grasp on the theory, but the program itself is WAY to complicated for me :-/ ugh! I just wish I could print out a simple spreadsheet where it says "do this" and you write down how many you could do and how heavy you went ect.

As far as snacks go, veggies and fruit are your friends! With exercise, walking, swimming and light pilates/yoga (you can get ones designed for pre/post natal women). You can do it! I'm asking for a general list of foods or methods that help you feel full that doesn't include working out (I have limited windows where I can workout and I do workout in them - but doesn't help if I'm 2 steps away from chocolate), chicken, egg whites or water. :)

No the last few weeks I have been bingeing and when I binge, I can't log what I eat because I don't know or it would depress me far too much to see myself being 3000cals over everyday.

FORGOT ALL THE EXPENSIVE CREAMS!! Vitamin E Cream. Drink Water. ^^^^ THAT'S IT! Makes your stretch marks much less noticeable, mine are gone in "appearance" just the ditch in the skin where the deep ones were.

Yeah we've sorted where the ceremony will be, where the professional photos will be, and where the reception will be. Also who will be coming, how we'll deal with out of town guests ect ect. Just no bookings... lol We're in the middle of moving so that's why it's been on hold :)

Yeah 26th Aug 2013 will be our 4th anniversary... less dates to remember ;) haha. We have NOTHING booked yet! We're so lazy! (been engaged over a year)

From the looks Raising Arizona is a movie about a couple stealing a child & trying to get away with it O.o lol not exactly a belly of laughs as it would make me peeved off at them.

Thanks for that :) Yeah we're not looking at getting good money for stuff, it costs a RIDICULOUS amount to take stuff to the tip, so if it's gone, it's a saving!
