Im starting to get a list of music to download for my half marathon. What do you listen to while running that pumps you up?

    I listen to alot of Rihanna, Nicki Minaj ...anything with good beats

    I like any song that's about being hot. Beyonce is good for that. :) Also Nicki Minaj because of the beats.

    Different types...mostly rock/hard rock (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Red, Breaking Benjamin), but I have some other stuff like Yes, Dire Straits, Genesis, and Belly mixed in also.

    there's a new canadian house band called DVBBS that's awesome. lyrics are a little explicit, but the beat is great for running to.

    I listen to Fall out Boy a lot...

    there is a website called jog.fm where you put in how fast you run (or want to run) and it gives you music at those beats per minute.

    It's pretty sweet.

    Something that's loud, hard and fast! Something thats got a techno beat to it or something that makes you wanna shake your booty!



    I am loving Powerman 5000 ("Bombshell, WHen Worlds Collide"), Rob Zombie (Feel's So Numb, More Human Than Human), Basshunter (Dota, Now You're Gone) or some reggaeton (Kevin Lyttle, Wayne Wonder, Rupee) helps me get in my workout groove. Ecclectic, I know but it gets me amped up!

    I have many many types of music with different tempos. Some are Papa Roach, Rhianna, Eminiem, Seether , Halestorm, Nickelback, just whatever I love that gives me a good beat and keeps me pumped up!

    I have a dance cardio station and a Pitbull station on my Pandora. They're both great to run to. I don't usually listen to that type of music but when I'm working out I love it.

    I don't run but I listen to Pendulum, The Cruxshadows, Fischerspooner, and Delerium to name a few when I go walking. Lost my earbuds though so not lately.. must locate them!

    Im actually not really into all the dubstep stuff but for some reason Skrillex gets me going. Some of my favorites songs are Bangerang, Reptile, and First of the Year. I also like running to The Dark Knight Rises soundtrack by Hans Zimmer. :laugh:
