Unfortunately a lot of people of fluctuate. But the advice about starving yourself? Not good! I would suggest evaluating your menu, as well as your calorie count. It was amazing! We ended up doing it with a pork loin, and we doubled the peach chutney because we like a lot of flavor. We served it with stir-fried sugar snap peas, carrots, and peppers, and garlic bread.

I know that before when I tried to lose weight I did a lot of strength training, and it turns out with all the weights I was lifting I was bulking up rather than slimming down. Even though it was a "good weight," it still made me feel like crap. Consider adding more cardio to your workout, and please don't give up!

22 years old with 40-45 pounds to lose! I didn't realize how bad it had gotten ''til I stepped on a scale earlier this week. But I hope with the support on here and fixing my diet and exercise regiment I can get back to being healthy!
