I have heard great things about MFP so I decided to try it out. So far I have been on here for almost a week and I really enjoy it. I only have a few friends but it would be nice to have some more. We can motivate and support each other, which I think is pretty important when trying to lose weight and have a better lifestyle. So if any of you would like, go ahead and send me a friend request.
