Made these tonight. Added some sweetener and the flavor was good. But I had the same problem as other people, they seemed raw in the middle and didn't rise. Might try again using SR flour

WOW, made this for tea and it was amazing! I used spray oill and poached the chicken. Topped with light sour cream, coriander and a little bit of bacon and served with some veg, was around 400 cal all up. Family is fighting for the leftovers tomorrow.. I will definately be making this one again :happy:

I've made these before, only tried potato (will have to try apple). Much better for you than store bought chips. They taste really good with salt or onion powder sprinkled on them. For anyone that hasn't got the rack or if you dont want to buy one look at this link to see how to make them without one....…

Just made this.. YUM! I was craving a chocolate hit and this was great. I used 2 dark choc melts in the middle, would be great with white choc. So quick and easy, I willl definitely be making these again. Thanks for sharing :)
