Making these now, cant wait to try them!!

Roasted Chickpeas

Makes 4 serves, 85 calories each (without seasoning)
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 230 degrees.

Pour the chickpeas onto a plate lined with a paper towel and shake the pan lightly to dry the chickpeas off. Remove any skins that fall off.

Line a tray with baking paper. Add chickpeas to tray. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil over them, and move the pan from side to side so they're coated.

Bake for a half-hour to 40 minutes, sliding the pan around during cooking once or twice. They're done when they are slightly puckered and blistered.

Sprinkle with desired seasoning while hot and enjoy them warm--they'll taste crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Store in an airtight container.

Seasoning ideas:
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic Salt
Chili Powder
Garam Masala
Cumin
Lime Juice, Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Taco Seasoning
Chili Powder and Oregano
Basil, Oregano, Sea Salt
Lemon Pepper
Cajun Spice

Chilli Powder, Cumin, Lime Juice
Moroccan Seasoning

These are my favorite!! You just need to make sure you shake them around in the pan often. They are not done until they sound like pebbles rolling around. I usually just place them in a storage bag with a little olive oil and taco seasoning, or other seasonings. They are FABULOUS!!

I wonder if this would be ok with no oil? Sounds like a fantastic snack!
