  • Mine does both. Maybe go to the Fitness Pal menu and scroll down to the sync. Maybe that'll work.
  • Remember that even decaf has some caffeine. In case you didn't already know. :)

  • I like the idea of maintenance mode while you heal up from these illnesses. You've gotten some great replies regarding foods to make sure you eat. (^_^) Be well.
  • I joined about a month ago. My weight thing is slow (I'm 50), but I've found this place to be helpful especially with tracking foods and the folks I've connected with are so encouraging. Feels good to give that back to them as well. Good luck!
  • I'm dealing with this same issue. Used to be I could cut out sweets and increase exercise and voila!! Not this time.. All I can do is keep on doing the right stuff. Be sure to not limit calories too much or your body will go into conservation mode cuz it'll think you're starving and need to survive.
  • I could be wrong, but this doesn't seem like a con. That's a chance we have to take; like giving change to someone that "seems" to need it. In the long run I have no control once that change leaves my hands. But it's a risk I'll take because for all the fakes, there are still a few who really need it. When you're not sure,…

  • Been passing this around too. It's a big issue and would love to see this guy taken down.

  • I have a larger frame and heavier bone density. I would like to be at 170. As long as I keep active this weight looks good on me and more importantly it feels good.
  • You're right; we're harder on ourselves than we are on others. May I suggest that you not weigh yourself every day? I don't even have a scale at home because it's too tempting. Our weight can fluctuate a lot just due to salt levels and water fluctuations in our bodies. Once a week should really be enough to give you a…

  • Hey, don't be hard on yourself. So you're 'back', that should be a :) and not a :(. On days when I feel bad that I didn't do the elliptical for 30 minutes cuz I only felt like walking for 20 I remind myself that SOME movement is better than NONE. So, you're back! Good for you!!! (^___^)
  • I'm sure it's not the occasional clank. I just hate when it's a 'show off' kind of thing. If it really bothers someone that your gym has serious benchers then there are more 'casual user' friendly gyms. I work out at Planet Fitness. There aren't hardcore folks there, so the average, out of shape person like me doesn't feel…
  • I think you're absolutely right. It's not about "cheating". It's about not cheating yourself out of anything. All things in moderation is the bottom line.
