You are forgetting that those are calories you'd be using if you laid in bed all day and did zero physical activity. What you really burn in a day is significantly higher than that number because your body is in motion (I'm assuming you don't work out of bed?) Do yourself a favor and stay over 1200cals. I'm the same height…

You do not need to eat at a deficit, you are already a bit underweight so you should be at least maintaining if not trying to gain. If your goal is just to be healthy then keep eating the foods you eat, just make your portions larger. Maybe add a protein shake in there somewhere? (edited for answered question)

Lost 15 lb doing insanity. I still throw it in the mix every once in a while. It got me from college shape to high school shape ( don't really have pictures of when I started but the ones where I'm chubbier on my profile are the "during" and current is the "after')

Grilled chicken breast, little bit of salsa, little bit of sour cream+avocado :) Delish! I also really like them with eggs and black beans. Or on toast with a little cream cheese.

Yeahhh please go check your actual Body Fat percentage. I think it may be your perception not your body thats the issue here. You need to eat maintenance at your weight, not a deficit, regardless of what your workout plan is. Good luck.

For the hundredth time, muscle does not weigh more than fat. If you are losing inches and your clothes fit better you shouldn't worry about the scale. That being said, we can't see your diary.
