First off all it's Tattoo's. Secondly, yes I do have one at the base of my back I got when I was 16. It was a whim decision and has no real meaning, but I love it anyway. I am wanting another one but it will be more thought out and sentimental next time :) x

fatty foods (especially fried/deep fried) and fizzy drinks would be the main culprits tbh, oh and also spicy foods.

Scientifically proven it helps you lose weight and tightens your stomach muscles due to the hormones released. Not a magical cure, but it is beneficial! Entirely personal choice though! x

I am a smoker. When at home I smoke outside at the back door in the privacy of my own garden. I avoid smoking near children and if someone walks towards me in the street I will put my cigarette on the inside of the opposite hand that they are going to walk past, without taking a puff and keep it there until I am clear of…

I always brush my teeth before the dentist. If you don't personally I think it would give the impression that you don't bother doing it. When you get your teeth cleaned by the dentist they aren't cleaning your whole tooth they are getting the easy to miss places that you don't get by yourself... So in conclusion yes you…

TEETH! Urgh, that is the FIRST thing I notice about men, I don't care how attractive they are if their teeth are not up to mark then it's a HELLS NO! (rotting/brown in clear need of a dental visit etc) Has to be off the same intelligence level as me, but in a different field, but also have a sense of humour (I like to have…

^ ^ ^ Laughable reply! Don't even consider this she has NO IDEA that there are others variations that can cause weight gain apart from calories (and it has nothing to do with change in metabolism and appetite changes). Dismiss this

It's got low levels of progesterone in it, which can cause temporary water retention. Should only last 4-6 weeks, however if you keep gaining and have not lost the water weight after 2-3 months I would go to your health practitioner and talk about different options if you so desire :) Good Luck!

Once a month?? You are joking right?? You should only be doing it minimum every 12 weeks, a month is not giving your body time to recuperate and generate new blood cells. I'm surprised they are letting you do it that often!! I donate blood as well, but it has to be exactly 12 weeks or over before I can give again. I think…

The heavier you are the more calories you burn because your body has to work harder to move concerning the extra weight... So depending on how much you have gained and how active you were before, then yes, it is possible.

Legs, hips, bum, back, shoulders, neck, and a little of the chest. Waiting for my stomach to catch up with the rest of me now :) x

Facebook, MFP, Twitter, Reddit... isohunt.... aha! x

Ice water will cool your core temperature a tiny little bit.. and your body will naturally heat it up, I wouldn't say it would have a dramatic effect on calorie burning however. Possibly 1 or 2 cals. If that's the way you like it, just drink it like that :) x

My stomach is like this, this was the main place my fat collectively decided to gather. Encouraging to know though that others have felt like this and it seems to be normal! :D

A healthy woman usually carries around 2mg of iron in her body. 70% of that being in haemoglobin, and also healthily loses around 1.5-2mg every day (woman of fertile ages with regular menstrual cycles) Normal Iron levels in a woman can vary from 65-165 dL (micrograms per decilitre) If you are overly concerned ask your…
