  • I would maybe try to drink a protien shake then if you are going to work out the second time because it will give you the calories that you need but wont make you feel too full
  • I also Have Pcos and hypothyrodism , I never seemed to be able to lose the weight it just kept creeping on more and more over the years so since joining mfp and changing my diet to eating clean taking the proper vitamins and exercise I have actually been able to lose ten punds so far
  • IF there is someone working at the gym I would ask them for help on how to use the machines and they will be more then happy to teach you the correct form and way to use them, also I do cardio everyday but only strength training every other day because I want to slim and tone not bulk up
  • Healthy Choice makes heart healthy soup there are many varieties to choose form , they are low in sodium an calories. They are also reasonably priced.
