This could be a dumb question. I was always told not to go to bed immediately after having dinner. I need to give atleast couple of hours between dinner and bed time to not gain weight. it is not true?

I did Week4 day 1 yesterday. The last 5 minutes jogging was too difficult for me. i had to split it with a walking break after 2.5 minutes of jogging. I am gonna repeat Day1 until I can jog all the 5 minutes.

I tried Week 4 this monday in gym. I had to split the last 5 mins into two 2.5 minutes. I was surprised that I could do the first 3 runs. You would never know until you try it. I have also seen people repeating the same week until they get a hold of it. Good luck! I am sure you will be able to do it.

I have a polar FT4 and I wonder what i would do without it. It is not a necessity but good to have if you do strength/weight training exercises.
