Get yourself in there! Everyone starts somewhere and some of those guys with arms the size of you might have started from the same place as you. I'm a similar height to you and started at 50kg, I couldn't even bench the bar when I started, but keep in a caloric surplus and stay consistent with the gym and you'll see…

Eat until you're full then drink them.

Best tip I can give is to have a plan of what exercises you're going to do before you go in, have them written down if you can't remember them. Then just focus on that list and just work your way through. Once you've done this a few times you'll feel a lot more comfortable.

Another way to try and get a better idea of your weight would be to weigh yourself every morning then have a rolling average. This should iron out the big jumps in weight.

Drop bodyfat. Lift heavy things.

Eat until you're full then drink the rest of your calories to meet your goal.

Find maintenance calories Eat more than that Lift heavy things Sleep It's really that simple. I used to think I had a "fast metabolism" too until I tracked what I was eating on a normal day. Consistency is also key.

In terms of the space it takes up it does. But in terms of actual weight - 1lb of muscle weighs exactly the same as 1lb of fat. The same of 1 tonne of feathers weighs the same as 1 tonne of bricks, but 1 tonne of feathers will take up a hell of a lot more space!

IIFYM.com will give you a good starting point. Just plug your numbers in and it will work it out for you.

Expensive. Much cheaper to buy the ingredients and make your own. That kind of takes the convenience factor out of it though if that's the reason you've bought it

If they don't have the motivation to use the equipment themselves it doesn't matter where it is, it won't get used.
