+1 Spot on! What I have is, 1 cup greek yogurt, you can put more I do at times (also done with cottage cheese). Then add, 1/3 cup of some kind of grandola (I use home made almond granola), add some berries to taste (I use craisins (40g) or blue berries(100g)), and then a scoop of protein (I use strawberry).

Ya, I'm gonna go with raw. Because, if i ate the food raw it would still have the same outcome cooking it should make it 1/2 less calories or anything.

I still am the fat guy in the gym lifting, but I am less fat than before (dropped about 35lbs). From personal experience you can lose weight while lifting heavy. I get 20-25 mins of cardio before weights, and then just have fun lifting. I have gained muscle though as well, so I have put a bit of weight back on, but I know…

If you don't mind driving go for it. If it was along time ago, men do stupid things at time it doesn't make them bad people. You can lose your license over many reasons. Personally, I think if that should not be the only thing stopping you from giving the guy a chance.

Ya, scales are life savers for measuring. There's no real way to guesstimate 9 times out ta 10 you'll be wrong sadly. Especially for pasta, they're all different shapes.

I love my Asics ones, Nikes are great too! I would recommend going to a running clinic, find out what type of shoe you need. It depends on how your foot his the ground, then get some examples and buy them somewhere else, like online, it's usually much cheaper!

My family runs a daycare they train all the kids the sameway. They tell the kids if they wanna join he big boy/girls club they have to go on the toilet, and reward them with smarties 1 for peeing and 3 for going pooh.

Thanks, was actually going to look that up. And yea, I thought the bigger you are the more you relatively burn. I am 6'7 ~360lb so I would burn more than a smaller person. Looks like a HRM is the way to go.

6'7 360ish I didn't take a start weight but i'd say 370ish. Trying to get to 250ish, gotta get in shape might try and get back into football.
