At calorie count and still hungry

I have reached my calorie count for the day, but I am still hungry. It is real hunger and not perceived. What should I eat to help fill me up so I don't got way over my calories? If I go too long without eating, I can get physically ill or go way overboard when I eat.

    Water, water, and more water! If you find it too boring, soup broth.

    yogurt...it's fairly low calorie and the protein will help keep you full

    If you add exercise, it will allow you more calories. I exercise for 30 minutes on the elliptical and I get 450 extra calories. I walk and I get 500 extra calories

    Just like right now, I am eating a 12 piece grilled nugget from chik fil a and it only counts for 220 calories, if you eat 24 of them, it will only count as 440 calories! 12 is alot! so eat items that count as less calories. I also get the medium diet lemonade and it is only 20 calories and it tastes just like the regular lemonade.
