Diet pills are really only good for one thing. making lots of money for the companies that sell them, same goes for diet foods(in my opinion). Don't go on a diet, and don't rely on a "Magic Pill". Just watch what your eating, track your calories and stick with it. After awhile it will be second nature. I eat 2 tuna…

Wow, that sounds really good ,and easy! Will have to omit the Salt though.

I am definately no expert but what I would do is get a pedometer. You would be able to track your total non-exercise steps per day and if you got one that calculated calories burned you could plug that into the log.
