I enter both, as i only weigh about once a month it's often loss or gain.

I have implants, i've only just got used to running with them after about 6months.

Hey honey, I was told I have BDD about a year ago. People laugh and look at me thinking i'm after attention and compliments but actually fail to realise it's a very very serious condition. I go to therapy every 2weeks and am took back to basics and am told every session whats one thing I love about myself and work from…

This exactly! The food is there, the temptation is there. Like I said I can't afford my own food so chill out on 'buy your own food'. I can't buy heathy and I can't buy unhealthy.

Thanks for all the positive responses. Yes, I should be extremely grateful that my parents buy me food however I can't afford to buy my own. So I have to eat what they buy me, so thats not an option. Next time I just won't mention the diet :D
