  • Same thing happened to me today. I ate dinner at 8pm because I didn't have time to eat earlier and I was starving. I figured it was better to eat my planned meal then to risk a binge later from starvation. I try not to let this happen often.

  • I workout a lot and drink about 22oz. during a 60 minute workout depending on intensity. I have to be careful beause if I drink too much, with all the cardio I do, sometimes it feels like it might come back out.
  • My friend shared a recipe with me that is fabulous. I am at work at don't have it with me. I will try to post the exact measurements later. It is reduced fat peanut butter mixed with fat free cool whip. You put it in mini muffin/cupcake wrappers. Freeze them for at least 1 hour. They are awesome!
