what foods are you eating per meal....im trying to follow macros similar to yours. what success have you had with weight and labs?

slightly cook hard veggies use strainer after blending cut fruit veg into smaller pieces you do need the fiber

theres so many youtube videos...meetup.com...ask spouse to fitness with you when not at work...i believe in family unity...so family first.

i think i could not drink tea with meals....just drink it separate of meals. has anyone been told to get colonoscopy to fix iron issues....seems odd to me...not having any particular GI symptoms....no dark stools.

my goal is to workout 5-7 days per week approx 30 plus minutes to burn 500 calories each workout...thats the goal anyway. need sleep help..i know..turn off screen time... tendbto wake up the same time in middle of the night.

saw a youtuber say they burned 500 calories each workout..their a1c went from 7.5 to 5.3...not sure what period of time. exercise every day and low carbs seems to be the way to go
