How do you manage sick days when u r not able to go to the gym or work out because of a head or chest cold?

If I get sick, I’m going to rest with ZERO guilt. Rest is top priority when the body is fighting a virus. Your athletic gains will not disappear from resting a few days. If you are doing progressive overload strength training or C25K training or another type of progressive program, it will just delay your next progressive milestone by a few days - FINE.2
