How do you manage sick days when u r not able to go to the gym or work out because of a head or chest cold?

    Walk. Drink lots of water & rest. Life happens. It's ok.

    we underestimate the body's need for rest

    If I get sick, I’m going to rest with ZERO guilt. Rest is top priority when the body is fighting a virus. Your athletic gains will not disappear from resting a few days. If you are doing progressive overload strength training or C25K training or another type of progressive program, it will just delay your next progressive milestone by a few days - FINE.
