I really enjoy Boar’s Head honey coated turkey deli meat. My A1C is elevated. Can this lunch meat increase my A1C?

Talk to your medical team.
Different people have different reactions to certain foods.
I wouldn't think a three ounce portion of deli meat would have too much sugar, but I'm not you.
The problem with deli meat for me is the salt. To each their own demons.0 -
it does not sound like good choice...test your blood sugar. im still learning how to use this new dashboard0

How often do you eat it? What is an elevated A1C? Are you pre or full diabetic? Was your fasting glucose under 100 on your last blood work? Anything in moderation is ok, but the fact that the lunch meat aside from the sodium has honey. A1C is calculated over a period and in all likelihood the boars head is only one thing in your intake so it being the culprit of an elevated A1C is probably not the smoking gun.0
