Acutally no the doctor suggested it not me!!! If you bothered to read up further Shai74 I lost 20kg+ on my own by eating properly and exercising. I have just been struggling since losing two children! I have no motivation. Do you understand that???

I'm losing weight so my hubby and I can start a family. I currently can't get pregnant and I'm guessing it is due to my weight.

My first thought was laughter as well!

For my husband and I laughter and silliness is a daily occurrence in our household. We love to joke and tease each other! I think affection is important too! We've only been married 8 years though so ask me that again in 10 years I might feel differently lol
