Acutally no the doctor suggested it not me!!! If you bothered to read up further Shai74 I lost 20kg+ on my own by eating properly and exercising. I have just been struggling since losing two children! I have no motivation. Do you understand that???

From my understanding you only have problems if you eat too much fat. Basically I lost 20kg+ on my own, then fell pregnant. For my husband and I laughter and silliness is a daily occurrence in our household. We love to joke and tease each other! I think affection is important too! We've only been married 8 years though so ask me that again in 10 years I might feel differently lol
