Thank you all so very much!
Skinnykenny, I started my weight loss journey in February 2013 with an A1C of 6.4.
I'm sure I will always have to watch my carb in-take closely to avoid diabetes from creeping back. And I will!
Thanks again for celebrating with me0 -
Great job Nissaea!!0

That is so awesome. I read about people getting diabetes and not doing anything about it cuz it's probably such hard work, and you did it, you should be so proud of yourself.0

That is FREAKIN' AWESOME!! Congratulations! More motivation to keep me working toward my goals. Thanks for sharing!0

Congratulations! You must be on cloud 9!
You are inspiring. In March, I got the news that my A1C was 5.7 (the low end for prediabetes). This has spurred me on to kick up my weight loss and exercise since then. In July I'll get my next reading. I am hoping to match your good news. In the meantime, you are a great inspiration. It can be done.0 -
Congratulations!!! Awesome job0

Way to go!! That's one of my goals, as well.0

That is awesome!
I had gestational diabetes that did not go away and take metformin. I am hoping that with regular exercise I cant get to just be diet/exercise control.
My A1C was always normal or borderline but my fasting sugars and insulin numbers were consistently high. More insulin resistant but high fasting numbers running around 115-120 enough times caused the diabetes diagnoses.
You give me hope that even if I still have diabetes for life that I can control it better when I reach a better weight and keep exercising!0 -
That is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!! Congratulations!0
